We are licensed and insured for Lead and Visual Inspections and can do XRF readings, dust swipes, and paint chip analysis. We also test water and soil for lead.

Hi John is done about 10 inspections for my clients and was absolutely thorough abd explained all the nuances of what was wrong with the house. In addition we received an excellent report that really helped us make good decisions. I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent Home inspector that doesn’t freak people out with minor problems. Would also highly impressed me was the turn around and receiving the report and the detail pictures explaining the problems with the property
Because of his findings, we were able to have the seller correct dangerous issues (ie water leaking into main electrical panel) As well as some smaller general issues we brought to the table with the seller.
We hired John Spinello for multiple home inspections when searching for our first home and had a very positive experience.
