I purchased. He came and inspected the property promptly, identified the problem areas and tested. He sent copies of the lab tests and explained the results clearly, including the required clean up and removal process. All the the work was completed quickly and cleanly. Re-testing assured the property was clear and safe. The best part of the entire process was Robert and his folks did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and were finished on time. No extra charges, no extra time. I was living in a really unsafe house and they did such an incredibly thorough job going through every nook and cranny and documenting every issue with the house. I would’ve had no idea how much there was to fix and how much danger my health was in if it wasn’t for him. He was communicative, kind, and thorough, as was Pancho. Very highly recommend!
