checking a licensed professional contractors credentials and reputation is standard in the Real Estate business. Calling an office, getting a voicemail and not leaving a message during business hours is hardly invasive but there doesn’t seem to be a category to rate this so I’ll just leave it there.

Jeff is a good man, down to earth, does not discriminate no matter who you are, or the color of your skin. He is Team consumer and educates. He performed 3 inspections for us so far, and has 2 more to go. Each one was very detailed were he found numerous issues with the contrucion of our home. He is a busy but always gets back with us. In fact, he has gone out of his way to schedule us or do what he could to get us in. He always shows up early, and spends a great amount of time while inspecting. Nothing is rushed, and then he takes the time to point out the issues with you and discuss.

Jeff came out, was on-time (actually early) and very responsive. He walked me through the entire process. When he identified some very concerning things about the house, we talked through them, and he kept be from having a long term issue with a house. He was very complete and comprehensive, and just tells it like it is. He is the 5th home inspector I have used purchasing a house, and to be honest, the only one that I really think had my best interest and wasn’t just checking a box.
