The home buying process can be quite challenging, but one added comfort was the quality of Justin’s work through my home inspection. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He also took time to truly inspect everything and ensure that I was covered as the client. The report he produced was comprehensive- filled with detailed pictures and descriptions. We used Bryant for two home inspections. He came highly recommended from our realtor. We did a good amount of research before taking this suggestion, and only found glowing reviews about Bryant. I’m so glad we listened to our realtor’s advice! Bryant arrived early, was very friendly and professional, and charged reasonable prices. He is incredibly thorough, and patiently answered every question we had. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand. My grandparents attended the first inspection with us and were so impressed by Bryant’s thoroughness and knowledge. A home is a huge investment, and you need an inspector that will go above and beyond to ensure you are protected and know exactly what you are getting. Bryant did such a great job on the first house he inspected for us, we used him a second time. It was very easy to schedule with him, and even with short notice, he was able to fit us in. He does the report as he goes on his phone, with videos and photos, full descriptions of any issues, and rates the issues based on how serious they are. We got our first report in a few hours, and our second report in 30 minutes! Bryant has our full trust and confidence, and we highly recommend his service.
