A home inspection involves a thorough and systematic evaluation of the condition of a home. It is a complete physical exam of the general integrity, functionality, and overall safety of a home and its various components. The purpose of this process is to ensure that home buyers know exactly what is being purchased, prior to completing the transaction. Each inspection evaluates the major systems of the property as well as the visible structural components. At the conclusion of the inspection, a detailed explanation is performed with the client, thoroughly explaining problems and answering questions. Following the inspection, a comprehensive report is generated and provided to the clients in a timely manner. The inspection report includes pictures of crucial findings and hard-to-understand deficiencies.

Spencer did a great job. He was on time, and very detailed. He walked the whole house with me and explained everything in a way I could understand. He also answered all questions I had. Payment was easy and he sent the final report within hours of leaving. I would highly recommend Spencer with Advanced Building Inspections.

Spencer was very thorough and went over every detail that needed to be fixed with me. He took pictures of everything that needed to be fixed and walked me through the entire house showing me. I would definitely recommend him to others for inspections.

I was impressed by Spence at Advanced Building Inspections. Spence was thorough, very professional, and knowledgeable. Spence worked in perfect coordination with my realtor and scheduled the inspection quickly for a home I am looking to purchase. Spence’s report was incredibly thorough, with a host of recommendations, and additional maintenance and operating tips in the Inspection Report, with lots of pictures. Same day report was terrific. Thank you.
