He has uncovered major issues on houses for my buyers time and time again! On one house, Chad found active termites even when it passed 3 separate pest inspections from termite companies! On another house, he found $8,000 worth of water/mold damage in a crawl space that had already passed 2 other inspections. And yet again, on another house, he uncovered structural issues caused by the builder that even the county inspector overlooked! He is incredibly thorough and professional, and his reports are clear and concise. I absolutely would not trust my clients in the hands of any other home inspector! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
They did not put cracks on the ceiling and testing failed. They have no idea what they are doing. I you dont want to lose your money, dont hire this company
