Nickels and dimes on travel charges. Is a BIG talker and charges you by the hours. He is also incredibly rude to his wife and dog. On a call with him I think thought I was on mute and yelled like crazy person at his dog and wife to shut up. I was very offended. My opinion is the other reviews had to be friends. No way would I use this guy.

He identified three significant issues for our condo purchase which we were able to present to the seller, including pictures to guide them in rectifying the three concerns. He also gave us many tips for basic maintenance tasks he identified along the way, so that when we close the property we will be able to keep up on a few things. Be prepared to take notes! Well worth the hire.
