Scheduled an appointment for a total house inspection on 7/9/14. There was a call the previous day to confirm the appointment, a confirmation e-mail was also sent. On the morning of the inspection, we received a call informing us that Mr. Wood was still at another inspection and would be slightly late. I appreciated the courtesy, but he ended up arriving at the initially appointed time. Mr. Wood the inspected the entire house from roof to basement. The inspection was approximately 4.5 hours. During the course of the inspection, Mr. Wood brought to my attention issues he thought needed to be addressed

Brett arrived early ready to inspect. Very thorough inspection done from roof top to crawl space. He inspected every light switch and electrical outlet, checked every water source, took many photos of foundation and attic. Brett explained all the problems and discussed with me if the problem was a major or minor concern. worth every penny for all the knowledge I received on the home I hope to purchase.

They were good. They were very thorough. They have a very good reputation here locally. They were open to answering questions. After they’ve completed the home inspection, they actually mailed me back the copy of their report with pictures and all their notes as well as a homeowner’s manual with helpful hints to manage various problems that I’ve referred to several times. They’re the popular ones

It was easy to schedule Todd and he showed up on time. If you attend the inspection, he walks thru the report with you before you leave and will show you the issues that he found. I would recommend Todd to a friend.

Todd Ripka did a great job on the two inspections he did for us. He discovered major issues on the first house we were looking at which were not disclosed by the agent or seller. We were able to walk away what could have been a disaster. We felt confident on the second inspection. He found the home was sound and he also pointed out a few minor issues. He did a great job of explaining to two novices what the issues were. Todd can be trusted.!

Todd did an excellent job doing my first and second home inspections. After the first home I was going to purchase fell through in the final stages of the buying process, I got back on the market immediately, found another house, and didn’t hesitate to contact Todd to do the inspection for me again. His response time to book an inspection is very quick and he showed up both times exactly when he said he’d be there.
