Adam inspected my house that I had for sale and did a terrible, dangerous job. He left the gas on for my stove, and this is after he wrote in the report that one burner on my stove was not functioning. After the inspection I found my stove to be working perfectly. On top of that he left my oven on all day. Luckily I decided to stop by my house late that same night to look into my stove that allegedly did not work. Immediately upon entering the house I smelled the gas, was able to turn off the stove at the same time I realized my oven was on so I immediately vacated the residence. He also wrote in my report that there was a “serious leak” at my water heater drain.

He did not even go into the crawl space under the house claiming he “could not find the entry point”. It was very clearly in one of the closet and someone who does home inspections should have been able to find that with ease. We come to find out there is a massive leak under the house flooding the crawl space. We can’t get coverage due to the fact that he didn’t even check down there. His half- done job is going to end up costing us a a lot of money. I tried to call Adam to let him know about the issue and try to find a solution and he responded defensive and rude, then hung up on me. Do not recommend using this company: unprofessional, waste of money and a waste of time
