I’ve had Glenn and Pete do pre and post-dry wall inspections and they caught some things that the builder very willingly fixed. Justin also helped with radon testing. The whole experience has been great and I would definitely use them again!

I hired Advantage Inspection Raleigh for my home inspection. January 21, 2021 1:13 pm

When Hugh the inspector arrived, I thought he’d go around and simply do a visual of the home and give us his opinion, I was wrong; he did much more! He gave us a thorough inspection of the home, starting from the attic down to the foundation, the outside perimeter and roof. The following day, he then emailed me my inspection report. Very thorough, communicative and professional. Highly recommend Advantage Inspection of Raleigh, and have Hugh do the inspection.

Everyone was very thorough, and walked us through the steps of what was going on, what was looked at, and before we left the home inspection the main home inspector showed us pictures of any problem areas. He also stated what he could legally state what he had to refer her on to ensure that he did not miss speak and overstep his training. My husband and I were both very impressed image highly recommend them to anyone!
