A truly great experience. Ordered a home inspection in the peak of sales season during a true pandemic. July 14, 2020 2:17 pm

Within 2 weeks the home was inspected and all reports were published and circulated. Jack was both a gentleman and an experienced inspector, so the whole afternoon went perfect.

Affordable Home & Building Inspections offered a fair, low rate. They also have a military discount, which I sincerely appreciate. They were able to accommodate me within a week even during peak season. The inspector, Chris Harms, was friendly, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions and took time to look at additional things we had questions about. I highly recommend this company and this inspector!

This was our first time using Affordable Home and Building Inspectors, and they are amazing. The professionalism they give from the first phone call to make an appointment to the last email you get after the inspection. Irene answers the phone, schedules and he appointments and responds to every email at a very timely manner. She was courteous, and very knowledgeable. She explained every step of the inspections, no stone was left unturned. Chris did our inspection, and I couldn’t have asked for a better inspector. The house we were buying was horrendous, Chris didn’t even finish his inspection, because he found so many issues with the crawl space. They work for us, not the homeowner, and will make sure the house we are buying will be good for us and our families.
