Before, During and After the Military, Ruben worked in the construction industry in South Florida. Before Ruben was working as a home inspector he was working as a Licensed Contractor in South Florida. After his years of experience repairing and building homes from the ground up, Ruben decided to get his home inspectors license along with his Mold Assessors License and Mold Remediators License. Ruben saw a hole in the industry that he knew he was more than qualified to fill. His attention to detail, background in home building, all building trades, and knowledge about all aspects of a home made him an excellent inspector from the beginning and makes him an exceptional inspector today.

This is my first time buying a house and as such my wife and I were very worried that we wouldn’t know whether or not our new build home was built properly. Having this inspection by Ruben is the best decision that we could make. Ruben was timely, courteous, and very professional. Not only was his final report incredibly comprehensive, but he also took the time to answer all of the questions my wife and I had. We didn’t just get told what was wrong, and I am grateful that he did discover the things that were wrong, but also got shown how everything works. At no point during the inspection did I feel as though Ruben was getting annoyed with our questions, and often he was calling us over to see things. I was blown away by the excellent level of customer service he provided.

There was a lot of exterior and interior for him to inspect. We don’t do this often and trusted our realtors to pick the right inspector for our new home. Ruben was that right fit! Very detailed and knowledgeable of every aspect of the home. Was also able to jump on our pool inspection if our guy did not show up. We were very pleased with the inspections and the detailed explanation about the issues. His report was perfect and showed he knew what we were doing, looking for, and what was important to have fixed. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ruben and Affordable Top To Bottom Home Inspections Inc!

His detailed inspection report gives us confidence from knowing the home we are getting. He also took the time to go through the inspection results in person with us and answered all the questions we had. His tips and recommendations of home maintenance were very helpful as well.
