After my wife and I found out we were having our first child, it was time for us to move out of our apartment, buy our first home and start our family! Although the process was exciting, it was often stressful. Investing most of our cash on hand in order to put a down payment on our home was a big risk. Between the lender, the sellers and especially our inspector, those risks were not always supported by clear communication and direction. There were even a few occasions where we thought our dream of owning a home wasn’t going to happen.

We had never done a home inspection before but Micah made the entire process a breeze. Very detailed and very efficient. Most home inspectors take about a week to get results back. Not Micah. Within 24 hrs we had our report. Highly recommend him.

I requested a home inspection from AG Home Inspections and I truly enjoyed working with Micah. Micah was able to accommodate my appointment to my work schedule and provided a very and detailed report for my review and to provide to the builder for repairs. There were some things that my wife and I found, but Micah was able to find other things that weren’t done correctly. I also received my report the very next day. Job well done!

I had AG Home Inspections to do the inspection on a property that I purchased in May of 2020. In the weeks following the home purchase. I have found many things such as gaping holes in the wall underneath bathroom sinks vanities. I found this myself when I noticed many insects entering the property. That definitely should have been included in the inspections report such that I could have had the seller repair it. Additionally, electrical issues where in essence a switch was controlling another switch, was not identified during the inspections. Although the overall inspections report done by AG Inspections was OK. This presented a huge missed opportunity to have the seller fix issues that later after the closing – I ended up paying for.
