Shawn was the only person who was willing to do an inspection on the weekend we needed it to be done. He was very willing to work with us and had a great attitude since the first time we spoke. He gave us a lot of confidence in the home we were going to buy and his knowledge of the inspection process helped a lot with our final decision. He said everything in a very understandable manner and there were no confusions at any time during the process. Overall we would definitely recommend Shawn to anyone who needs an inspection in the area!
Walked me through the whole inspection and answered my questions very thoroughly. Also pointed out some issues and gave good advice on remedy’s. My report was ready and sent as a pdf to me and my realtor that same night. Very professional. Would defiantly recommend!
