Early in my career, when I operated my own construction firm, a real estate agent told me that I’d make a great inspector. Not much later, I began working at a local inspection franchise, and overtime, became the supervisor responsible for training new inspectors. I did this for just about five years. It was a great experience but over time, I started to want a company that more fully matched my business values and passion for inspections.
I’ve been doing inspections full time for over 25 years and have been involved in the construction industry in some way, shape or form my entire career. I love structures, whether it be a home, commercial building or pool and I love being able to share my knowledge with clients to help make the buying process a little less stressful.

Peter is thorough, efficient, and very knowledgeable providing us the comprehensive home and pool inspection we needed in order to feel confident about the purchase of our new home.
