A home inspection usually varies from $200-$500, and is quite possibly some of the best cash you will invest on your home-to-be. Here are 3 reasons to get a home inspection:

1) It finds issues of safety and work that has been done incorrectly. A home inspector can identify issues such as, structural issues or the crawl space is swarmed with black mold

2) It can help you estimate future expenses & problems. A home inspector will be able to tell you if you will need a new roof in the next few years, if the retaining walls is beginning to break, or the a/c unit is on its way out. All of these tasks may not need immediate attention, but you will need to consider these when determining which home you can manage not only now, but later on.

I would HIGHLY recommend Dan Burke/A&K Home Inspection for all home inspection needs. My husband and I were looking for a home inspector who was willing to work on a Sunday and Dan was able to accommodate this request. He was incredibly thorough yet efficient. He arrived early and was very responsive. He patiently walked us through each and every detail of the inspection and provided an incredibly clear and detailed report. I would recommend Dan to all of my family and friends!
