Akana services the entire Big Island, based out of Keaau on the East Side. We charge according to whatever rate the closest listed town pays. The further away from Hilo you go the charges are slightly higher to account for travel time. You’ll still find us very competitively priced wherever your inspection is on the Big Island.

Kekoa is very knowledgeable about construction and building codes. Kekoa’s reports are thorough and very informative. Kekoa is patient and courteous and one of the best people I have met.
