Having had experience with a number of home inspection services, we’ve put Jim Pinion and his Alabama Building Inspection Service at the top of the list. He is not only knowledgeable and thorough, but he is a man of honesty and integrity as well. Adding the impressive drones to his service gives us even more reason to highly recommend him.

Jim is the best! I was pretty sure from my first phone conversation with him that he was the inspector for me, but after working with him, I was truly confident in my choice. My realtor, too, said she would recommend him. Not only for his knowledge, attention to detail(the drone work was a sweet add on) and patience in explaining things, but for his general attitude toward his work. His dogged determination to leave no stone unturned, not only makes you feel like you’re getting your money’s worth and peace of mind, but also the confidence to either move forward in the home buying process, or “cut bait” so to speak.

I needed an inspection done on an older home so I wanted the inspection to be very thorough. As soon as I called Jim and he explained what he does, I knew I wanted to use him. Jim did an excellent job and spent 4-5 hours at this house. He showed me almost everything he found. Jim is very knowledgeable about all things in a home. He taught me some things as well.
