He was easy to schedule and on time to our appointment. That being said I do not think he did a very thorough inspection which is why I am giving him a poor review.
6 years ago Bobby is a great guy that knows what he is doing and does his job professionally without making you feel bad about tagging along with him and asking a ton of questions. His report was ready the same day, which saved us precious time in our house buying process! We will certainly call him again if we ever need an inspection and will recommend him to all our friends.
Bobby did an amazing job for my home inspection. I called him, and he was able to accommodate within two days of contacting him. He didn’t mind us tagging along and asking him questions. Every time he documented something, he explained what it was and how we would be able to go about fixing it, even the minor issues. Definitely worth the price. I would recommend him for sure!
