Alabama House Whisperer: Residential and Commercial Property Inspections

I understand people are human and can miss some things, but comparing what this guy actually found in 3-4 hours versus what all was wrong with my property (and there was PLENTY wrong) did not at all match up. On top of all this, he can have a bit of an attitude… I had another inspector’s report for him to review prior to the visit and he got all offended at me giving him the additional information I would advise anyone in town to look elsewhere for an inspector.

Spent a LOT of money on this guy last year, including an extra pool inspection where he missed a failed liner, a failed pump, a failed deck, a motor on it’s last leg, and a failed weir. That’s about $15-20K of misses on just the pool alone. Stop doing pool inspections, man.
