He was thorough and detailed with every nook, cranny, facet, and faucet of my home. Kelly encouraged me to ask questions along the way and was able to satisfactorily answer any question that I asked. He was able to give a good overview of the things that addressing with the home and give good instructions on how to address them. These included the heating system, keeping moisture under control in the crawlspace, upkeep on the decks, how to properly support the carport, the condition of the roof, and ventilation in the attic.
