I would highly recommend Gary, he’s thorough and took the time to verbally explain everything that he noted. He’s knowledgeable on how to fix the issues he finds, and just from speaking with him a few times, I trust his work and integrity. He inspected two condos for me – one of which I decided not to buy because of his report! The information in Gary’s inspection saved me the thousands of dollars that the condo would have required in repairs due to a bad foundation/structure. Going with Gary is definitely worth the money!
