We wanted to have our house inspected before putting it on the market in order to proactively fix any issues. We hired Tom who came and did a very thorough and comprehensive inspection. He compiled a detailed inspection report which included many photos. He found a few minor electrical issues which we promptly corrected. This gave us peace of mind. When the time came, the buyer’s inspector didn’t find any problems and gave the house a clean bill of health. We are very satisfied with his services and will gladly recommend him to family and friends.
