Josh was recommended by a friend who works in the construction business and, after employing his services, it was not difficult to see why. Not only was his inspection thorough and extremely professional, it was comprehensible even to laypeople such as ourselves. There was no rushing or clock-watching, Josh’s job only completed when every square inch had been considered. Aside from feeling assured that our perspective house was not in any danger of collapsing,
I appreciated that even after the initial inspection he took the time to answer an important question regarding the position of our main water turn off.
He was extremely thorough and honest about his findings. He was realistic in his reporting and made sure we were aware of which fixes were going to be higher priority. He walked us through things by sharing some of his own experiences as a home owner and a previous contractor, which are both very valuable perspectives.
