This company is amazing! They were available when I needed them. The inspector was early, ready to work, and very thorough with his work. Definitely worth every penny!

Very pleased with All spect, I had to schedule my inspection very last minute, called at 1 for a 3 o’clock inspection and Bobby beat me there!! Bobby was very thorough, he did not let anything past him which kept me very confident throughout the process. Clay arrived later and double checked everything so it was reassuring that the job was properly done. My report was ready within a hour. Very recommended

I’m in the process of purchasing my first home, and moving to Virginia from out of state. Clayton was recommended to me for a home inspection and I couldn’t be happier, as he and his team have been exceptional from the start. Since I couldn’t be in town, I reached out to Clayton prior to the inspection to let him know my sister would be attending. He spent 15-20 minutes on the phone answering all my questions and was more than happy to accommodate my situation. The inspection was very thorough and I had the report within minutes of him completing the job. He then spent another 15-20 minutes on the phone going over everything/ answering my follow up questions. He also referred me to a structural contractor that he trusts for a second inspection I wanted. I’ve had the same experience with his referral and couldn’t be happier. Clayton and his team are top notch and I’ll refer them to anyone I can in the future.
