I just wanted to tell you how thrilled I was with the inspector from Allied Home Inspections. He reviewed the property that I am going to purchase. He was EXCELLENT! The inspector was so thorough and he really took the time to explain everything and to answer my questions. I am so grateful and felt much more confident making this home purhase afer having his inspection.

Troy is the man. While some home inspectors work for the realtor to push a sale, this guy is thorough and points out anything you may overlook and points you in the right direction as far as maintenance to your property. Anyone looking for a new home should give this company a call. I was hesitant at first but he pointed out a few things that require repair that I would of not noticed.

If you’re looking for a home inspector, you can’t go wrong with Allied Home Inspections. Pam was flexible with scheduling evening though they were extremely busy. It was important to my husband and I that we attended the inspection and Pam made that happen. Randy was a pleasure to work with. Incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and was quick to share details with my husband and I through the whole process. Buying a new home is a risk and Randy was extremely helpful in pointing out items of concern and sharing his expertise in what needed immediate attention and what could be tabled for a future project. We will absolutely keep Allied Home Inspections in mind for future as well as refer to our friends and family.
