We used this home inspection service and upon moving in were disappointed. The main bathroom shower didn’t work and leaked into the basement, there was an outdoor faucet that didn’t work, the glass on the front door had some Velcro 3M adhesive holding it in place, and in the small room under the stairs in the basement where the breaker box is we realized there is a support bar that was put in because the load bearing walls aren’t quite placed correctly. We would’ve wanted further inspections of the foundation had we realized this. Also in a bedroom in the basement we found mold near a pipe entrance By a baseboard and cut out part of the drywall to discover a good chunk of moldy wall that needed cut out. None of these things were found by our inspector.

Mike is great to work with. Mike did our inspection on our first home and was the only person we’d consider for our second home purchase.
