Chris is like a home inspection wizard. He was early to the appointment and prepared. He gave us a thorough explanation of each bit of the property as he inspected and answered all our questions. He explained details about how codes have changed over the years, what to look for if X thing goes wrong, and the differences between good work done in the house and maybe not as good work that’s been done. He told us different ways we might deal with certain things if we choose to. He was efficient, thorough, and has deep domain knowledge. We received our inspection report only a few hours after our appointment. I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone.
Chris is an experienced professional, who was very thorough in doing an inspection of a property we are about to purchase. He gave us a comfort level of knowing everything about the building so we could proceed with confidence. Working with Chris and Allmac Inspections was a fantastic experience. We worked with Chris on an inspection for a (very old) house and barn, and the experience throughout was flawless. During the inspection he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely meticulous.
