Inspector Mike was thorough with his explanations and inspection objectives. He phrased those explanations so that a layman would understand. The quality and quantity of pictures provided in the report were extraordinary in terms of clarity and the actual items being represented.

The staff I spoke with was just as professional and thorough (Tammy and Josh). Josh quickly corrected a mishap with the assignment of the inspector we requested which was Mike Mueller, but we were assigned someone else. It was quickly resolved by Josh. Thank you all so much!!!.
They went above and beyond and even came out before we put an offer on the home to look an something we were concerned about and for FREE! They do a detailed and thorough inspection. They explain everything in a walk-through carefully afterwards and answer any questions or concerns. They make the home buying process easy and understandable!!!
I called and was scheduled a home inspection for the date and time that I needed. The lady that schedule my appointment was very polite and made arrangements for my inspection to be done on the weekend. The inspector arrived on time and was very friendly. He explained his findings to my husband and I and answered any questions that we had. We had our report emailed to us later that same day. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the Birmingham, Alabama area in need of a home inspection.
