As a first time home buyer, I was extremely nervous about the whole process, especially when it came to inspection. Not only was Mr. David very thorough and professional, but he took his time and explained everything to me that made it easy for me to understand. He also gave me ideas and suggestions about what I could fix and what needed a professionals touch! He was extremely knowledgeable about everything and it put my mind at ease to know I was in good hands! I highly, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I walked away knowing exactly where I stood with the property, and where to go from there!
I was a first time home-buyer when I had inspection done by this person. Now that I know what to expect in a report, his report was sub-par and missed many things that were required by law/code, now that I am trying to sell my house. He charge more than average inspector in the area. I recommend find someone better than this 3rd class Inspection company.
