Being a first time home buyer, we were completely unsure what to expect with the inspection process and how it would effect the closing of our home. Kevin did a phenomenal job walking us through not only the things he came across from an inspection perspective, but also pointed out things we should be aware of as home owners and stuff that would need regular maintenance. I strongly recommend him and Alpha to anyone looking for a quality and honest home inspector!

He maintained a very visible level of professionalism and his reporting results were extremely detailed.
