A home inspector is a 5-star employee, but he can always improve. Scheduling the inspection was very easy. Joe was recommended to me by a good friend who had an excellent experience with the inspection. Open communication and responsiveness are my priorities in any business relationship, and Joe is a top-rated person for these.
A home inspector is a very nice, trustworthy, and thorough person. He uses tools that I have never seen other inspectors use before (like an infrared camera, etc.). He has inspected two homes for me, and he’s found things that other inspectors have missed. He’s very nice. It is refreshing to have someone who really wants to fix and update the code to match the current version rather than just pointing out generic items. Highly recommended.
Home Inspector is an excellent inspector and a professional. Joe has inspected 3 properties for me. His inspection reports, while thorough and detailed, are also clear and easy to understand and delivered on time. He spends a lot of time on the property with you, identifying issues and explaining how to fix them. He is a very good contractor and I will hire him again.

He was flexible with timing as we needed to change a couple of times. He was responsive to e-mails when asking questions though out the process, which was appreciated. We felt the inspection was detailed and he spent the time going over the report with us following the inspection. We asked many questions and he had the patience and time to answer all of them. The report came back timely as we were on a tight timeline. The report was also detailed, easy to follow and had pictures and diagrams with explanations. I would highly recommend Nick!
Before purchasing our home we needed a thorough inspection done so we could be sure we were prepared for all the work that needed to be done to the home. Nick did an amazing job and was so thorough that we felt comfortable moving forward with the purchase. He was able to fit us in his schedule quickly as we had a tight timeline, was responsive, fair price and so very nice. He was also very knowledgeable. In fact, when I had a contractor out after we purchased the home the things he was pointing out we already knew about because Nick told us. Thanks Nick for a great job!
