Nick is one of the best! As a former Marine he is always on time and communicates often with Inspection appointment reminders and follow ups. He is experienced, professional and personable. And if mold is detected he can do a Mold Inspection since he is also Mold Certified. As a Realtor® I often schedule inspections for my clients and they have never been disappointed. I have purchased many homes and have never had a home inspection that was this thorough. I was taken aback by how thorough and detailed the report was, with pictures and explanations of every single issue that was found. The seller agreed to every repair that was requested and I attribute this to the impressive and professional layout of the report.
