My fiance and I are buying our first home. Michael was responsive, getting back to me very quickly after sending my inquiry, upfront and honest with pricing, and informative. He was happy to answer my questions, and gave thorough responses without talking down to me. We did have some craziness leading up to inspection day due to the snow storm on Dec 16-17th, but Michael was communicative and accommodating. During the inspection he was thorough, again patient and happy to answer questions, and was honest about what he could and couldn’t give an estimate for. His services were comprehensive, which made things very convenient. He also took the time to explain what should be expected for maintenance on various aspects of the home, from siding, to the boiler, to how to know when the radon fan would need replacing, etc. He was also quick to get the inspection report to me. I am very pleased, and will definitely be recommending him and reaching out with any concerns or questions I may have.
