My fiance and I are buying our first house and Don (can I call you Don?!) was our inspector. He was incredibly nice and respectable. His thorough work ethic really made an impression on us!! He shared with us what his personal concerns would be about the house if he were be buying. His honesty was greatly received and appreciated! He had noticed me jotting down everything he was saying and reassured me he would send a concise report to both of us, which thank goodness, because I could not have written it better than he did! After the inspection, he offered clear and “easy to understand” layman’s terms about things I have never had to know before. We thank you, Don, for our thorough inspection and would recommend 10/10.
