I was very impressed with how our inspection went on the house we just recently bought. July 21, 2020 6:15 pm

Our inspector’s name was Kyle Carpenter, and he was very professional in everything he did. He explained everything to me very clearly, and if I had any questions, he answered them thoroughly, and even gave me some suggestions and tips on things I could do in the future to the house, to improve the efficiency with some of the utilities. I would highly recommend Kyle and America’s choice. I feel very confident moving into our house now, and I would definitely use them again if ever needed.

Kyle called me when he was complete, returned the report that evening and answered all of my questions quickly and correctly. He even included information in our inspection that he included for our convenience. I feel safe and comfortable moving into my new home due to the excellent service I received. I will be using Americas Choice and Kyle in the future for any and all inspection needs I have. Thank you Kyle and Americas Choice Inspections!!!

I used America’s Choice Inspections via a referral from my buyer’s agent. I was not present for the inspection but my agent was present. If you are buying a home you would be wise to use an inspector who works for you. That means they tell you the good, the bad and, if necessary, the ugly. They look at the property and tell you what they can and cannot do and they offer advice based on their expertise in a professional manner. The inspection is a vital part of the your home purchase giving you information to help you make the best decisions possible. I have had experience with home inspections 3 previous times. This was the first inspection that was good. The inspector met my agent at the property and he spent the time it took to thoroughly check the entire property from the roof to the ground inside and out. I was pleasantly surprised that I received the inspector’s report by the evening of the inspection. It was thorough! And that is what you want.
