Rich is the inspector you want to go with! He is knowledgeable and thorough. Rich patiently answers any questions you might have, and makes sure you walk away confident with his service. He also has a great way of going through his findings. All around great experience, will be using him again in the future. 10/10!

Rich was by far one of the most friendly detail-oriented people I have met and even showed up early. He gave a supremely thorough inspection and was able to summarize it in a way that anyone could comprehend. We even took the time to go through the property to talk about everything that was found, and I was given well thought out suggestions on the many possibilities of what I could do to fix any problems. I will be asking for Rich in the event of any other future inspections that I may need. The AmeriSpec Inspection report and process were both easy to use and efficient. I was more than pleased with the business that we conducted.

I contacted Rich requesting a home inspection on a home I was purchasing. He returned my call same day and scheduled my inspection for the next business day. Rich was extremely methodical and observant in his inspection. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns and even went through his findings while at the home with me to ensure that I completely understood everything going on. I walked through almost the entire house with him for a good 3-4 hours and he was very patient and helpful in explaining exactly what/ why he was doing each task. Got the report back next day and it is the most detailed and thorough report you could ever expect to see from an inspector. Rich had done an excellent job fine tuning this report to show you exactly what he found, areas of concern, and areas that look great. Check out his website for a video tutorial of this report. It is awesome. You can even compile all of the findings into a nice PDF document to send to the seller. 10/10 go with Rich Hogan. He will not let you down. Great service. Great guy.
