I really like that they take the time to talk to me on FaceTime and show me or talk about some of the larger items that they found on inspection! The reports are clear and received in a timely manner. Jackie at the office is always helpful. Overall, great services!

After moving into our new home, we discovered multiple water seepage problems that were overlooked when there were clear indicators that should have warranted a closer inspection. It’s going to cost us thousands of dollars, possibly tens-of-thousands, to remedy now.

Matt inspected the house before we purchased and provided us with a very detailed inspection report that we have been using with repair people ever since. It’s very thorough and easy to understand and the repair people have been very appreciative of it too, especially the photos that accompany the descriptions. They also provided us with software that allows us to track maintenance schedules, our home maintenance professionals and other home related topics which is just phenomenal. Software I didn’t even know we needed until I received it! Now we’re loving it. The whole experience with this company has just been fabulous. We would definitely recommend them to anyone else purchasing a new home.
