I have used AmeriSpec for multiple homes in the last 10 years and they are my go to for Inspections. They always do an amazing job and have saved me many times on items I would have missed with the builders. Highly recommend having them do your inspections!!!!

I and my wife are 1st time home buyers. We worked with Inspector Mr. Michael Altilio. He was truly top notch. His services were worth every penny. He completed a pre-inspection on our new build house and the final inspection. His ability to do a comprehensive report and communicate with my builder was excellent. Michael’ s counsel and explanations were excellent also. He inspected the home like it was one that he was buying for himself. Thank you again, Michael.
