In the last several years, a growing body of scientific evidence shows that the air within homes and other buildings can be more polluted than the air outdoors. Other research indicates that between home, work, school, and transportation, the average American spends 93% of their life indoors. For many people, health risks from air pollution is greater indoors than outdoors.

All of us face a variety of health risks as we go about our day-to-day lives and some risks from outdoor air pollution are simply unavoidable. But some risks, such as illnesses caused by indoor airborne contaminants like mold, toxic gases, and other harmful chemicals, are very much avoidable, if we just have the right information to make informed choices.

What a wonderful experience it was dealing with real professionals at AMI. I spoke to 4 other companies before choosing AMI. The impression I got from all 4 of them was that they were playing on my fear of the unknown. They sensed I was vulnerable and took advantage by trying to frighten me into scheduling an inspection. Bill from AMI was nothing like them. He took the time to explain things much more thoroughly and and helped me understand things in a way the others didn’t take time to do. AND he did not push me into hiring him. The inspector arrived on time and was very thorough in his work, taking extra time to explain things to me throughout the process. I love this company and the people I met in dealing with them. I would recommend AMI to everyone who wants honest, unbiased, straightforward conversation about a mold issue.

I would highly recommend AMI to anyone looking for a professional inspection.company. Bill and Evan at AMI answered all my questions. Evan was able to perform the inspection at my home on the same day. He was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. Top notch!
