Anatomy Home Inspectors
Finding a qualified Home Inspector is one of the first steps homebuyers make after ratifying a contract on their prospective new home. There are many aspects or criteria involved when considering the hire of any professional service. At Anatomy Home Inspection Services, we look to exceed expectations in an effort to build and maintain our own reputation and grow our business in the Washington Metropolitan region. The American Society of Home Inspectors is one of several national organizations that has worked to build a foundation of expectations and ethical standards for the consumer to rely on when hiring an Inspector. At Anatomy Home Inspection Services we not only exceed the standards set forth by ASHI while abiding by their code of Ethics, we strive to educate home buyers throughout the inspection process.
I am a first time homebuyer and a single female. I do not have any experience or clue about home repair, so needless to say I was nervous about this process of home inspection. I selected Mr Enright on my realtors referral and I have got to say that it was the BEST decision I made! Mr Enright was on time, well prepared and a lot of fun! He explained the whole process to me, encouraged me to follow him as he did the inspection and took the time to educate me on easy fixes that will save money over time.
We were referred by our Realtor to Anatomy Home Inspection. I emailed him late one evening to ask a few questions & I was surprised to have a response 1st thing in the morning. I emailed him to get an idea what his schedule was for the following week & somehow he did not receive my request. Our Realtor followed up to find that the inspector never received my mssg. Anyway, the inspection went well, he checked all the items I thought he would & found a few things that needed to be repaired in the future & a few that needed to be done now.
Service was highly professional with great attention to detail. Mr. Enright was very personable and eager to explain everything. He was very respectful of the seller’s property. Overall outstanding service.
He spent several hours going through our new home, taking pictures, and walking us through the good and the not so good. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and answered any questions we had. Just gave the facts. I would definitely use him again and recommend to family and friends. Home inspectors are supposed to work for the buyers, not the sellers. I’d rather have all of the information about my new home rather than not enough.
As the potential buyer who walked away from the home of the person that wrote the negative review, it is long overdue that our side of the story is heard. Perhaps odd that so much time has passed but certainly for the better considering just how upset they were.
John did an awesome work. He walked, crawled, climbed and crouched through every corner of the house and made sure he had everything in his report. He took pictures and notes through every step to make sure no details are left out. He briefed me about everything, give me an estimate and ways to fix things. He took his time and never rushed through any section. He cares about his customers and makes sure that customer get the best services. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He would provide a detailed reports including pictures right after the inspection is complete. It was a delight working with him and i recommended him for any home inspection services.
