If you do not go with Ryan and Anchor you will be making a big mistake July 16, 2020 2:13 pm

We had the pleasure of working with Ryan on two home inspections. On the first one he saved us from getting into a money pit. We enjoyed working with him on the second home as well. He was very through in his report and answered all of our questions. We will absolutely work with him in the future and refer him to friends and family.

Anchor Home Inspection was highly recommended by my realtor. I had the pleasure of working with Randy. Making the appointment was easy. This company returns calls and emails promptly. My options were explained over the phone and pricing was upfront and clear. Randy was on time to the inspection and was very thorough. He explained what he was doing as he went along and patiently answered all of my questions. The report was completed within 24 hours and provided clear explanations, photographs and recommendations. I requested repairs based on the evidence in the report and Randy came back out to the property after the repairs were completed to check the work. You can’t put a price on that kind of piece of mind.
