Very thorough and patient with customers when they ask a hundred questions! I really appreciated his opinion and the fact he was very straight forward about everything.

They inspected my home and left the electric breaker box panel off, completely exposing all wiring!! They nit-picked every small detail. Home is over 40 years old and some of the details about the lightning is completely wrong. The sub flooring has been completely overlayed and new carpet and laminate has been put through out the house. Very dissatisfied with this company!!!

My realtor suggested that we use him for the house inspection before buying a house. He missed multiple things wrong with the house. He gives a quote of how much things should cost to get fixed and his numbers are nowhere near rea . So far from the few items I have got real bids on, he is usually 10 times under the realistic price.
