I found Michael to be thorough and competent. July 1, 2021 5:49 am

He not only found some issues that need to be addressed; he made some points of things some may not have thought of. He pointed out that while operational the water heater and furnace were 16 years old and should be considered for budgeting to replace in the future.

Michael is a very thorough home inspector. He made a point to walk through every item and explain it over the phone even after he has submitted his report. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a detail-oriented home inspector!

Michael, with A.N.H.I. Home Inspections, did a spectacular job inspecting the house we are purchasing. He was able to schedule the inspection the same week we called, and at the appointment he did a deep dive looking over the property. Once finished, he gave us an overview and answered all of our questions and concerns that we had for him. We had quite a bit of questions, and he patiently answered them all. Within 24 hours we had the report he created for us, and again he called to make sure he had answered all of our questions. Most of the reviews online for A.N.H.I. were a bit older (good reviews, but just older), so I was skeptical at first. I’m extremely glad we called and am happy with service we received. If you need a house inspected, give Michael a call. I have no doubt you will be impressed and glad you called him.
