AnnRuel Home Inspectors
If you are selling or buying a manufactured home, then most likely a foundation certification will be required. For all FHA and VA loans, an engineer’s foundation certification is required that states that the home is placed on a permanent foundation that complies with the “HUD Permanent Foundation Guide for Manufactured Homes”, dated 1996 by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
We have partnered with foundation engineers to offer you this service with a fast turn around that can be with a home and septic inspection or stand alone Service. Calltoday for details !
very knowledgeable, professional and pointed out flaws of where contractors cut corners. After viewing his report, I would always double check and not trust carpenter contractors anymore. A contractor license does not mean you are capable of doing everything on a new house build. That is like electricians doing plumbing and vise versa. It doesn’t work out. Good experience overall. Thanks
Jim does a great job. Very knowledgeable and has all the right tools for the job. Very thorough work. Easy to get a hold of
Going through my first purchase of a house, I wanted to get a full inspection done for peace of mind. Jim, his son, and crew were extremely professional and personable throughout the entire inspection. I can assure anyone they will be receiving a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of a home and property while walking around with Jim during the inspection. They will find and inform you of more issues than you may want to know about a property BUT it will be better for you to know these in the long run! I received a inspection report just a couple days after the actual in person inspection. Fast, knowledgeable, loves answering all questions.
