I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and quality of work. He showed up when he said he would, installed the fan promptly and left the work area clean and tidy. His bid was also more reasonable than his competitors. Highly recommended.
I contacted Apex about a whole house ventilating system installed by another contractor that wasn’t keeping our house as cool on hot summer nights as we expected. Dan came out and did a very thorough inspection of our system. He explained to my wife, Suzanne, that the system was basically a good one but we could make some adjustments in how to operate it such as opening and closing windows and attic fans to best coordinate all components of the ventilating system for optimal results.
