A+ inspection services. Tim is an engineer with a lot of knowledge of what to look for in an inspection. Fantastically thorough. He took time to go over every detail with us and spent nearly 3 hours at our potential home. The report was very well done with pictures and he even ran an infrared camera to confirm and show us his findings. Very professional and friendly. My realtor even commented on the great and thorough job he did. Definitely recommended.
