I paid these folks directly a month before closing and within a week of receiving their invoice. Four months after closing I get a call from the title company saying that they were never paid. Why they never contacted me I’ll never know. Why they couldn’t find it in their own records first is also a mystery.

Great service and the lady who did the spray was awesome.
