Approved Inspectors Ltd

We provide a regulatory service for any type of building work from small domestic extensions through to large commercial building schemes with a nationwide coverage from our offices in Lancashire, Cheshire and the Midlands.

We are licenced to operate as a Building Control Body by the Construction Industry Council Approved Inspectors Register (CICAIR). CICAIR Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Construction Industry Council (CIC) and the approval process it operates provides applicants with a route to registration as an Approved Inspector. We are independently audited on an annual basis and certified to undertake Building Control work in accordance with Part II of the Building Act 1984 and the Building (Approved Inspectors etc.) Regulations 2010.
