He explains everything that is going on in the home they are purchasing, so they can understand. He is very thorough. There have been a couple of properties with crawl spaces under the home and he will go under the home to see what is going on, take pictures and look for leaks and standing water. This not something all inspectors will do. I highly recommend Terry and Arch City!

Terry was PHENOMENAL. Not only was he on time, enthusiastic, and detail oriented, but he was able to teach my husband and I about our new home and the proper care long term.
